Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. Your 14-day free trial starts immediately after your account is verified — no payment required. You only pay when you choose a plan after the trial.
How do I pay for my subscription?
We accept Airtel Money, M-Pesa, MTN Mobile Money, Visa/Mastercard, and bank transfer. After choosing a plan, you will receive payment instructions.
What happens if my wallet runs out of money?
You will receive email and SMS alerts when your wallet drops below $50. If your wallet reaches $0, your campaigns will automatically pause to protect affiliates from promoting for nothing. Your data is never lost — campaigns resume as soon as you top up.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What is the platform transaction fee?
Eastlink deducts a small fee (5-8% depending on plan) from each affiliate commission payout. This is separate from your subscription and only applies when affiliates earn commissions.
What happens after my trial ends?
After 14 days, you will be asked to choose a plan. If you don't subscribe, your campaigns will pause but all your data is preserved. You can subscribe anytime to resume.
